A Machine Project event at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver
a program designed by Adam Lerner, Sarah Baie, and the team at MCA Denver.

A three-day, nose-to-tail bison roast, with musical accompaniment. The event featured lectures from leading experts on Cave Paintings, Buffalo Bill Cody, and bison meat as a sustainable option to traditional cattle. Shawn King and I performed the music of Buffalo Springfield on trumpet to accompany a public bison butchering that was lead by Master Butcher, Jimmy Cross. The next evening I made music on custom made bison horns and installed a five-channel, randomized bison stampede that would interrupt dinner periodically via 10,000 watt sound system.
